Return and Refund Policy

​​CustomShutters.Guru will replace any damaged components from shipping with proper information provided by buyer.

Returns by buyer is on a case by case decision (bought wrong item, purchase more than needed, etc.). 

"No refunds or exchanges for any reason after 30 days from date of purchase."

Buyers will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Special note to all buyers. 

Make sure you are purchasing the correct plantation shutters components (size, stiles, rails. etc.). 

For errors on your part, shipping cost is expensive, $30 and up that you will be responsible for. 

Also, you'll need to have insurance through the carrier to protect against damage to the returned products, damaged items will not be refunded. 

Special cut orders will be charge an up charge and  

there are no returns or refunds for special cut or ordered products.

(we will replace damage products with proper claims).  

Special charges may apply on some orders.
